- laid back atmosphere - plenty of downtime - one free pizza lunch every two weeks - never really have to stay late
Cons
- management prefers to assign blame rather than fix issues - expectation of hitting high sales numbers with almost no leads - high turnover rate - management will bleed every ounce of value they can out of you and then move on to the next person - no written processes for almost every task you are expected to perform - absolutely no training - pointless meetings that get derailed by management onto unnecessary topics constantly - condescending treatment from management - company feels like a startup when it has existed for 60 years
