      AEL value on-the-job mentoring, professionalism and knowledge exchange and they constantly invest resources in providing training and support to their employees.

      Cons

      Employees may need to work overtime or even at Sat or Sun depends on the jobs necessity and clients requirement.

      Benefits actually quite good and with resonable AL and there’s company travels

      Cons

      Poor Management Dept head without leadership skills and refuse to disclose details (eg: what is happening/ what is upcoming) Always asked for OT working, many staff will back office to work during weekend Heavy workload Company refuse to improve and remain with a old mindset
