      Pros

      Aspect has a great team of talents, and it is a pleasure to work in this multi-disciplinary team. Team Spirit and Passion can be experienced every day at Aspect.

      Cons

      Aspect work culture is fast-paced. Aspect team is easily adaptable and even welcome change for greater good.

      Pros

      Team members are nice and it feels nice to be a part of a company that is working towards curing diseases. Extended health insurance is good.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is the low pay, it is much less than at other companies. There are also limited opportunities for advancement as all of the managers are either founders or external hires. There is also no retirement benefits plan.

      Pros

      The developments at Aspect Biosystems are really innovative and cutting edge. Team members collaborate well in sharing ideas/information and supporting each other which make for a great work culture. Everyone has a strong work ethic with opportunities for fun social activities to keep that balance.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, changes can happen quickly which is not necessarily negative, but takes adjusting to.
