Pros

Like 1 or 2 actually good and respectful people

Cons

Absolutely no communication, locker room talk, weak management, lack of diversity, promise bonuses but money goes to higher ups, and more.

Pros

Fantastic place if you're just starting out in your career, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow very quickly in your field. You get to pick and choose where you want to work for the most part. The people you work with are really chill and hard working. Very lenient work environment.

Cons

Job can be demanding sometimes so work/life balance can be challenging. Very inconsistent work load. Upper management is atrocious in maintaining a good morale in the work place, keeping valued employees, and they don't provide a good wage unless you threaten to quit. After working here for a few years and learning what you can it's best to move onto somewhere else. Upper management also continues to lie about the future of the company, claiming huge rapid growth years ago when we still don't see it. No production bonuses in 5 years even though they say they will bring it back.
