No Health insurance, what they call a 401k is actually an IRA that you have to invest your self. No one stays because they treat employees badly. You will be pushed to vote for the best of the best to tip the scales to win. Most reviews you will find in google or else where are fake and made by employees.
The other techs were awesome. We all got along great and worked hard.
Tracy is also awesome. She’s a tough cookie for what she has to deal with on a daily basis.

Operations can be incredibly better with a few very simple fixes. Keeping management the same will fix nothing.
