Pros
A great start up with great backing and incredible products. Much needed in space and will be so successful with some changes.
Cons
Arize is a great young start up with a great product and mostly excellent leadership team until you get to the Sales Manager. 1980's misogyny, micromanagement and workplace abuse at it's finest. Management by humiliation. No KPI's, no Metrics, no tracking, just constant criticism but no encouragement or path to success. Not all employees are treated the same.

Pros
Upper Management and colleagues are great people. This company really does care about you and you’re family. Benefits are great! You can work remotely for the most part. I highly recommend working here.
