Cons

Top management lacks vision. Totally dependent on government contracts. Old style office with limited equipment . Almost condescending to staff engineers.

Nice people overall, workplace flexibility, it's ok to be late in the morning everybody does it!

Completely relies on government contracts which are intermittent, no rooms for promotions
