Business outlook
Pros
Great money (tips) coworkers are all super friendly and welcoming. Training is easy. The manager is honest and listens to your concerns and does everything to help with what you need. A very close nit family like work environment.
Cons
Only cons really is you have to work 3 weekends out of the month, 1 weekend off, that’s usually how it is at a serving job anyways. And some customers can be snooty and you have to grin and bear it
