Pros

Upper level people are easy going, approachable, and willing to help. This is one of the last companies to provide fair free health care, nothing is deducted from your pay for it. Also, there is a fair profit sharing program.

Cons

Lower than average starting pay, lack of cost of living raises (the owner feels raises should be merit based). Like most companies currently salaried works are only treated as such when if benefits the company.

Pros

As a software engineer you will learn some of the most complicated C++ programming so if you are looking for experience then you have come to the right place.

Cons

The pay is very very low. About half as much as an experienced developer should get. Yes the healthcare premiums are paid for but the deductable is very very high. No other real benefits that bigger companies provide. Bonuses are based on a point system but upper management gets huge bonuses on top of their pay.
