The overall culture. My impression was that if you weren't in sales, you were viewed as 'less than', even if you worked hard and were dedicated. So, entirely sales-centric culture with all that entails (ie, general frat house atmosphere, active disrespect of support staff, management laughing off concerns and excusing some really poor behavior). Also, management just does not seem to value employees. You can tell them what is wrong, specific issues, ask for specific things to be addressed, but all you get is disinterest, vague promises of "things will get better", and a black mark against you. Definitely a company where people fail upwards and one where people are great at punting responsibility, but very good at assigning blame.
