You rely on clients to pay their bills on time so you can get paid your commission, sometimes this takes much longer that it should! That is not the companies fault.

- No real cons, company is gold standard within industry Not a con at all but advice for prospective employees : must be comfortable working in a full commission environment, with compensation that will fluctuate based on market. Requires a high level of skill in time management and efficiency in activities as well as high level of comfort with the fluctuations of income on a month-to-month basis.
