      This is a great company for freshers, offering plenty of opportunities to learn. Joining this company will also help improve your communication and interpersonal skills.

      There is some workplace politics, but that's common in most organizations. It's worth noting that a few employees with limited learning or growth may remain in the company for many years, primarily due to their sycophantic behavior.

      ASL provides plenty of time in home and work life balance. I have many employee sitting idle in home or wandering here and there during office time. Means enjoying and getting the salary

      Very less salary.....in you continue here for a long period, you will be of no use for others...
