Pros
Great colleagues and they offer benefits as well as bonuses based on the number of calls you answer. Flexible schedule.
Cons
I witnessed the owner talk down to and loudly make degrading comments about several employees for making a mistake. Very unprofessional and probably would explain why they have such a high turn over rate. You should never call anyone stupid or incompetent, especially your own employees!
