Constant mistreatment of staff, no career path, racists

Lies about earnings. Lies about expectations. Does not believe in Customer Service. No real understanding of what Sales Reps face. Have installed GPS trackers in cars and spend a lot of time tracking every move of Sales Personnel and questioning everything. Poor hiring decisions. Constantly placing Sales Rep in between servicing customer and company desires for every penny profit. Customer prices are adjusted upwards after agreeing to certain pricies. Items constantly deleted from warehouse without communicating same. Changes "credits" to customers downward. "Loses" items written up for credit and adjusts credit down. Can't keep good drivers due to constant penalties and fines deducted from salary. No idea of big picture.
