CEO makes rude comments to employees in Slack. Laid off an entire department without any warning. (other companies I have worked for announced possible layoffs so employees could make arrangements) No yearly raises (do not expect to get pay increases or move up in the organization). After 3 years they closed down the department I worked in effective immediately instead of giving us a heads up. Even let go of the manager effective immediately with no knowledge either. Do not care about their employees. No work life balance. No culture and values. Benefits are horrible and expensive! No HSA or FSA provided. No room for growth.
