*Their #1 goal is to make sure their employees are happy *Pay is extremely competitive *The resources they have for onboarding, training, and CE is more than any large company I've worked at *Work/Life balance *Everyone is positive, all the time - but its not fake! *You will get support from your managers, and co-workers *You will not be overworked or stressed or burnt out and you will realize how much better your work is because of it and how much of a positive impact it makes *Generous WFH equipment *Up to date with technology
Cons
*Their heath benefits cost is definitely better than most agencies I've seen, but due to their size it is a little more on the pricey side but honestly not outrageous or high enough where you wouldn't want to work here

I have been with Amplified for about four years and it was the best decision I made in my career. The company is all about their people and culture. You will not find another company that invests in their employees like Amplified! Growing company with a flexible work schedule. Highly recommend!
