Pros
The only Pros about this Employer are the People you work with and meet there other than management . Made some good friends there .
Cons
No Insurance , no Benefits , Owner has a complete lack of respect for his employees and will terminate workers without any reason at all other than using the excuse " I terminated them because of poor work performance " !! He micromanages the employees and also spies on them with security cameras . This employer has a high turnover rate , either because workers quit or they get unjustly terminates . He has had OSHA called on him for safety reasons and ignored their recommendations . He does not keep parts in house for Assembly of signs and is staring to get a poor reputation with sign installers !! Also one more thing he is a minority and thinks he is above American Laws and Business Ethics
