Pros
Comfortable, good people, non-competitive environment. The work itself is quite diverse - developing from scratch - from finding out the needs and requirements through planning and designing, writing the programs, deploying through maintaining the programs.
Cons
In the last few years, it hasn't felt like the "family" it used to be. Many cut-offs and worse conditions. Salary is low, and in the last few years, there haven't been any bonuses or salary raises.
