      Pros

      Like some others have said, the people there are great and it had that "family" feeling.

      Cons

      I worked there for over 16 years and was suddenly let go with no reason given and no warning. I always showed up early, sought out ways to make the department more efficient, got along with everyone and that is what they do to me?

      The pay is good if you negotiate.

      Cons

      HR department is out to get employees. Salary employees must clock in/out. They will make you put in a PTO request if you did not work exactly 8 hours in one day. Management does not protect you or has your back. Insurance is crazy expensive!
