      The plant care specialist are not nctedible to work with

      Cons

      Boys club. They loose new employees after 3 to 5 months after hire. We try to sell to new employees what a great company it is. But they just use staff as food for the grinder. Unless you are desperate for a job don't go there.

      Simple relatively peaceful job with ok online training

      Management is absolutely useless. It was a truly shocking experience in which I did all the work all year whilst my colleagues went MIA, and the manager did literally not one thing to help. Then, I got fired for "trying to change the culture" by telling my peers (politely) that we lost contracts because they never did the work to even an acceptable standard, let alone a good one. Dramatic relief to not have to face another year of it. It is bizarre that literally everyone on the team has a decent job and is still depressed.
