Pros
Good place to work. Lots of challenges. Freedom to present ideas and enough space to have a say on how to do things. Friendly environment where people tend to stay for a long time, often decades. Extremely stable for an Argentinian company, mostly unaffected by economic ups and downs.
Cons
People tend to stay for a long time, often decades. This can mean fewer opportunities, and a less innovative, sort of endogamic environment.
