    - benefits, work-life balance, diversity

    Cons

    - discrimination/ favoritism on promotion.
    -low salary
    -does not take care of their employees, management just focus on revenue
    -not rewarding to work for
    -too much politics
    -one-sided judgement-- management feels they are always right.
    -too much work but less recognition

    Advice to Management

    Work with your employees and care for them, not just employees work for you. Reward your employee based on their dedication to work and performance.

    Young and friendly environment. Good vacations package.

    Cons

    Heavy top management, slow advancement. Too much work for such a little salary.

    Advice to Management

    Increase your employee salaries for employee retention and loyalty.

    I have been working at Altus Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Our local office is well managed, has a good dynamic, and everyone is always willing to teach or help other co-workers. They give you independence from the start with appropriate supervision.

    Cons

    Hours can be long during the busy periods. Compensation is very low for first few years and no overtime is paid for additional hours.

    Advice to Management

    Pay entry level employes a decent wage.

    Team members are generally great to work with and the work environment is generally low pressure. Good work life balance.

    Pros

    - Excellent compensation
    - Great Vacation allowance/Christmas time off
    - Most coworkers are amazing
    - Good hours/decent benefits

    Cons

    - Upper management is impossible to talk to. They literally just don't respond
    - Barely any training.. was just thrown into it
    - People just up and quit out of no where completely messing up the office environment
    - Management cares more about certain offices than others
    - Appraisers are left with strict deadlines with NO help
    - HR department is a joke

    Advice to Management

    Actually respond to your employees concerns. Take care of your employees and do not show favoritism to other offices.

    Altus lacks strategic direction. Great financials but doesn't have a Company pension plan
