-A job with flexibility in hours -Decent pay
Cons
-Horrible Communication through management and President of Company -Constantly laying people off and rehiring more -Horrible training with high expectations -President drinks a lot and constantly flirts with women feel uncomfortable -Within 1 year this small company hired and fired/laid off over 15 people, almost half of their employees through out 4 buildings. -No growth in company -Unethical when it comes to business practice -No bonuses -Employees are treated unfairly -No feedback from management -Hourly workers in factory are treated unfairly
