Pros
From the top down, doors are open and people are ready to listen and treat you like a valued member of the team. Definitely a culture of "we're all in this together". Very transparent with good company standing, well managed, great benefits, remote offices and employee ownership options.
Cons
Not an issue for me but small companies don't often have room for vertical growth. I'd rather work for a great company than have a big title but that's just me.
