Constant hiring but poor management and late salary with no support

Nothing as such, just they are hiring always. If anybody is finding job take this as a backup option .

Salary never on time No Incentives for 1 year (everything is given to manager) Fixed Upper Management ( no new employees stay more than 6 month) Every decision is up to the management no policies will work Indian office is like a cheap room on rent where shoes are not allowed inside. They are a bunch of sales person, nothing sort of corporate behaviour

Support is very good. Work environment is very nice and managers are so supportive. Seniors also support juniors.

Cons

We have to work on Saturday. Indian fastival vacations are not there.
