      Probably only the following two: Interesting field of research/work Some nice individuals working and contributing in the company

      Cons

      Oppressive/poor management style leading to an overall toxic environment for most employees Inadequate salary, no raises/bonuses without any recognition No work-life balance Expect to be thrown under the bus at any point

      Pros

      There are some very nice people that work here, but everyone seems anxious and unsettled because of the constant turnover and lack of communication from management.

      Cons

      The environment is the terrible. Everyone seems downtrodden and unhappy. The vibe here just feels toxic. Management is secretive and unprofessional. I've never worked in a more oppressive and bleak environment.
