Used to be good until about a few months ago in MTL.

Cons

Do not come here unless prepared to work for pennies and management that cares only about themselves and scared to lose their jobs. HR is a total joke.

Working from home, nice colleagues

Cons

Management is a joke here, making a basic mistake of pushing management initiatives over onto employees, without any commitment from the last ones. It's going to backfire them since many of experts are leaving. Salary is minimal here. No wonder it's going south.
