Nothing insurance is garbage. Pay his garbage too much responsibility for pay
Cons
They don't pay you by the hour it's a lie. They pay you by the route. So you only get paid when kids are on the bus. When you're driving to the school or driving back to the bus terminal you're not getting paid so you're working six to eight hours a day while only getting paid for hours a day.
