      Pros

      Work from home in a relaxed environment. No one is micromanaging your day to day life. Kids, sickness, appointments, are all a non issue.

      Cons

      None really. Some times there are slow years or months and the company continues to hire new people which detracts from share-able jobs among the crew.

      The people here are fantastic and everyone works so hard for our clients and candidates! Company truly invests and values all of the employees. Everyone is friendly; really great company culture.

      Cons

      If you're an in-office kind of person, this may not be for you as everyone is remote. :)
