Pros

The work stays organized even when shipments get busy. The team communicates well, and it's easy to get help if a unique customs issue comes up. Management trusts people to handle their responsibilities without constantly checking in. There is good exposure to different types of imports, documentation, and compliance processes. The environment is professional but not overly formal, making it comfortable to work with coworkers across departments. Pay and benefits are okay, and the company does a good job providing the tools needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Cons

Some processes take time to update.
