Work with latest technologies and constant changes is good for you as a developer you will learn a lot. Good team.
Cons
Low salary compared to market and always late sometimes a whole month late. To many unnecessary meetings. Bad management specially during covid forcing people to work from office during the peak of covid. and their communication with the team is lacking. Unclear vision to where the company is going it is like they wake up and decide what unnecessary feature should we implement today. Team overworks due to bad planning especially mobile team this results in a general vibe of everybody not being happy and wants to leave.
