      Great colleges and warm place. Every friday traditions for cooking.

      Cons

      few money and wasting your time due to the size of the company. If you are a student or a fresh graduate it's cool. But after a few years its trash money.

      Pros

      Great culture. Very catering to individual needs. Established and respected name in the aviation industry. The company has good potential for growth.

      Cons

      There isn't a strategy for growth in place but maintains well. Resistant to change with a kind of "can't teach an old dog new tricks" mentality.
