Decent pay Good benefits Mostly good people good culture environment good company parties old culture many places have lost relatively stable company liked it was conservative with their money to keep the company going Despite it's lacking in many way, it is one of the best jobs I ever had great place to retire if poss good 401k they do have a good nature and try to take care of you, I truly appreciate this one
Cons
poor communication between people in same departments poor training, guidance and support to make the company stronger 10-20 yrs behind in technology Some leader were arrogant and disconnect from staff below them Felt very lonely due to introvert type culture Leadership is very controlling and more willing to do then train and delegate to others which makes it a company with many limitations and slow Even though they have niche, they spend more than they should because they don't work very efficient , much too manual, unrealistic expectations

Pros
Good salary, nice office space, short hours with long lunches, good flexibility and consistency. They treat employees better than most companies.
Cons
Some employees are extremely hard to work with, there is a clear divide between attorneys and assistants, no ability for growth or movement, very archaic procedures, behind on technology, not paperless whatsoever. Bad health insurance.
