Work from home benefits but high-pressure environment

Work from home was a plus.

Cons

If you are not as fast as the other technicians, they will get rid of you. Never felt like they wanted me to stay employed with them. Constant equipment problems and they expect you to know all the ins and outs of all the systems. Had to buy a new PC just to get started.

It's owned by a conglomerate that wants people that can click buttons, not think and diagnose a vehicle.
