long term employment opportunity in sales or services sectors

Cons

growth in the company is restricted. More likely you may retire with same position as you had when joined the company. No time limit for work. Working for 12 to 16 hours a day and 6 days a week. For any small matter, it must be referred to the MD or Top management. There is no mid level management in this company.
