      Supportive environment with opportunities for skill development

      Pros

      Take's care about employees. Once my ongoing project has ended i got benched, so basically company has paid me for a while to learn new skills - while they were looking for next project for me. But still - everything depends on project that you will be put into. So it's worth to keep that in mind that I might have been lucky so far :)

      What I love most about AgileEngine is the people. Everyone is incredibly collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help. I’m lucky to work with an amazing team that keeps me motivated and makes work genuinely enjoyable. I also really appreciate the flexibility of remote work—it gives me the freedom to manage my time while maintaining a great work-life balance. And even though we work remotely, the company does a great job bringing people together through events and local meetups, which helps create a strong sense of community.
