      Money was ok with overtime if you didnt mind never being home

      Cons

      Manger took credit for your work and threw you under the bus at the first sign of trouble to cover his own mistakes.

      - excellent Base Pay and Commission -benefits and rsp - structured training is available

      Cons

      - micro management to the nth degree, treated like a child and then expected to go above and beyond - lack of vacation days - work life balance, expectation to be on call is a burden to your life, there is no life other than work - sales is actually engineering and technical specification, project managing, etc - territory is geographically too large, industries served by one person are too broad - extremely high expectations with little support - organizational restructuring has impacted the Canadian part of the business negatively as there are too many silos - turn over is very high, a lot of talent decides to leave
