      Pros

      Phenomenal open door policy even with district manager. Hours are a pro and con, typical day starts at 12. Great pay per deal. Advancement ops.

      Cons

      100% commission, door to door cold calling, lack of direction at times, knocking on doors after dark 8/9 at night.

      - Great pay but you have to work for it - Communication between the technicians and the office is great. - Owners are still very involved with the company. - Throw a great Christmas party!

      You are better off to work than take time off but that's about standard in the industry.
