good for entry level, No real growth or leadership unfortunately

Good family owned company and place to start, Benefits are ok. free products to test.

Cons

lower pay. not much room for growth, and no guidance for moving up. new management is poor, the position is more to micro manage and make sure CRM numbers look good to compete with other offices
