      Pros

      They offer 9/80 work schedule. As an engineer, you stay closely involved with a project throughout design, production, installation and acceptance.

      Cons

      Still transitioning from old style operations to more modern practices. They cannot offer as competitive of a salary as some of the bigger companies.

      since they got bought out by Calspan it won't be long they will close the doors

      Pros

      Excellent technical capability and a positive market outlook. The company is committed to its customers and will do what they promise. The care and consideration for the employees is solid but not exceptional.

      Cons

      The machinery of the company (business system and processes) are old and broken. If you want to do business like it was done in 1995 you've found your gem. Management is afraid to invest in the company and is making due. Resources are stretched thin and constantly being reassigned.
