Offices in different places all over the world (USA, Canada, Brazil,...). Good way to boost your career and base salary also.Not a bad chance to have a good balance between family&work

Cons

Neither a single chance to promote, nor a huge difference if granted. Earnings won't rise as expected, being stuck for a great period
