Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Advanced Professional Security takes allegations of racism, discrimination, unethical conduct, and unfair employment practices extremely seriously. We respectfully disagree with the characterizations presented in this review. Since our founding, APS has maintained a diverse workforce, leadership team, and client base, and we remain committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, background, or personal relationships. Hiring, promotions, compensation, and assignments are based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, performance, client requirements, licensing, availability, and operational needs. We do not tolerate discrimination, favoritism, or unethical business practices and have policies in place to ensure employees are treated fairly and professionally. The security industry can present scheduling challenges due to client demands, changing coverage requirements, and contract needs. While not every employee's experience will be the same, our goal has always been to communicate openly, support our employees, and provide professional security services that meet the expectations of our clients. We recognize that perceptions and experiences can differ, and we appreciate all feedback as an opportunity to evaluate and improve our organization. We remain committed to fostering a workplace built on professionalism, respect, accountability, and opportunity for all employees. We thank you for your service during your time with APS and wish you success in your future endeavors. **Advanced Professional Security Management Team**

Pros

If & only if they still have the contract out at DIA, it pays $19.71/hr , other than that no more Pro’s to this job !!!

Cons

Upon being brought On Board, was promised many things such as all the Overtime I wanted, & even gave me advice to quit my current job sooner & not give 2 week notice because they simply needed people. Also, after first started, sure I received my New Health Insurance Card but, honestly their Health Insurance is crap.... Many times when off Duty the Owner would call me while eating dinner with girlfriend & after not answering 1st time he ended up cursing me out & hanging up me 3 different times !!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback regarding your employment with Advanced Professional Security. We appreciate hearing from both current and former employees, as honest feedback provides valuable insight into areas where we can continue to improve as an organization. We are pleased to hear that you recognized the efforts of some of our supervisors and appreciated our weekly pay structure. At the same time, we take concerns regarding advancement opportunities, management practices, communication, scheduling, and employee support seriously. As a service-based organization, staffing levels and overtime opportunities are often driven by client needs, contractual requirements, and operational demands. While overtime may be available in certain situations, our goal is to distribute assignments fairly while maintaining adequate coverage for our clients. We understand that individual experiences may vary, and we continually evaluate our scheduling and staffing practices to ensure they remain effective and equitable. We also recognize the importance of employee support and professional development. APS remains committed to creating opportunities for growth, providing ongoing training, and fostering an environment where employees feel respected, heard, and supported. Feedback regarding favoritism, communication, and supervisory consistency is something we review carefully, as these issues can impact both morale and retention. Our leadership team continuously works to strengthen communication, improve management practices, and ensure decisions are made fairly and professionally. While we may not always get everything right, we are committed to learning from employee feedback and using it to improve our workplace culture. We sincerely appreciate your contributions during your time with APS and wish you success in your future endeavors. Respectfully, Advanced Professional Security Management Team
