The promotion workflow is also revealing, with very strict guidelines for the low employees, and much more "flexibility" for the higher-ups, with promotions based on personal friendships rather than skills or effort.
The company's leadership is guilty of letting this toxic culture spread, not tackling the issue, on the base that the overall business numbers are satisfactory. They are uninterested in listening to feedback from lower-ranked people, which says a lot about the "people-based approach" of the top management of this company.
