      Pros

      Small company with no red tape. Ability to make changes on the fly if needed.

      Cons

      Used to be geared towards a work/life balance until recent change in management. They isolate and plan when reducing the workforce. Constant state of anxiety over getting fired.

      A few good people left. Likley not for long.

      Cons

      Additech is a sinking ship, horribly managed. Everyone is worried about loosing jobs. Massive lay off of half the company.
