Terrible pay - below minimum wage Terrible management - just a bunch of old boys who have made their nest and are willing to crap on everyone 'below' them. Terrible company structure - awful office layout resulting in a distinct staff disconnection and lack of understanding of staff from management. Work is not engineering level - the work you're given has no structure, with not even the management understanding what is required. No training - The lack of company structure results in no training for anyone. Not inclusive - A terrible work culture set by management who openly encourage sexist and racist behaviours. If the points above haven't warned you of this company then you're either part of the problem or aren't bright. This company is abhorrent! Avoid it at all costs, they choose graduate engineers so they can charge them out at a higher rate whilst paying a pittance for any services.

The management is horrible, especially the higher-ups. Probation meetings are unclear and biased; by telling you non-work related problems is your biggest problem, like having your phone out during dinner.
