      Cannot think about it really, maybe good brand

      They dont developing all their employee, only certain lucky people. Training given to employee is outdated indonesian training like leadership motivation etc, not necessary to conduct, just cheap for the masses

      Friendly colleagues and supervisors, it's very good place to learn and develop your skills in terms of legal knowledge and social skills. Decent amount of bonus, higher than average Indonesian private companies. Abundant healthcare benefits for outpatient and inpatient.

      Cons

      Unpredictable workloads, and no overtime compensation. Average IT support on office facilities, which can hinder and slow down the work pace.
