      Pros

      Most of your co-workers in the trenches understand the plight. They’re good people and try hard to make a difference despite the hapless pie-in-the-sky comically out of touch Dilbertesc management

      Cons

      • If you actually make, repair, service, support the customer with the product you will be hopelessly under supported, under-resources, left out to dry, used as a scapegoat. • If you have a blue collar, be prepared to be treated like a lower class. • Management is surprisingly the only place there is next to no turnover while laborers are, as spoken strait from managements mouth: “easily replaceable” which is a clear indication of how out of touch with a open job list of ~60 critical positions with skilled trade technicians, PM’s and engineers abandoning ship by the hand full.

      Good company, bad ethics

      Pros

      Lots of good people work here. Pay is decent or above average for this type of work. Can work remote as needed. Low management involvement.

      Cons

      Absolute mismanagement from the top. Good ol boys club, hiring retreads to be VPs and CFOs. People put in position who shouldnt be. 2023 was the worst year for turnover and 25 people fired before Thanksgiving. CEO and CFO both fired by board of directors. Third CEO in three years. Company cannot pay their bills to vendors and are scavenging for money. Vendors being paid 120 days past due. Stay far away, this company will cease to exist in 18 months.
