During my time there, the company was dominated by several aggressive personalities. I was caught in the middle of personality conflicts, blamed for the ensuing issues, and terminated. For anyone considering employment there, I would carefully consider the personalities of everyone interviewing you and use that to determine whether it looks like a good place to work.
