      Pros

      At Activu you can work from home unless you want to work in the office or you need to. Some of our employees have even moved to other parts of the country for quality of life or family reasons. This approach allows us to hire the very best, wherever they are located for most roles.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. There is mounting evidence that this is a win-win approach for companies and employees alike.

      Flexible hours Some pleasant co workers.

      Cons

      No growth potential what so ever. High turnover. Upper Management is horrendous, lack of respect for people, makes poor business decisions, lacks soild management to drive company. Noticable favoritism on who gets promotions, performance review if you receive one a joke. Provide the best tools for workers to do their job, I was given a huge cheap feeling laptop with no touch screen or usable features such as a pen for signing or drawing.

      Well-intentioned people, Owners with a good heart, and the Director of Technical Services.

      Cons

      Egregious exploitation of the operations personnel, incompetent (micromanaging/overreaching) salesman running the company, and software is worth less than freeware. Training is almost non-existent, you're expected to "figure it out" for yourself, then criticized and held accountable for not learning fast enough.
