      Pros

      Great team environment. Work/Life Balance is enforced by leadership. Great perks including Anaheim Ducks season tickets and inclusion in sponsored sporting events.

      Cons

      After the company was acquired in 2020, it went a little downhill because it grew so quickly overnight. But still a good working environment with great people.

      Pros

      Very supportive and many opportunities for growth. They value employee retention. Major plus Ruth is the human resources director. She values her employees very much. Mike Kadell gets to know you well and tries to involve you in every aspect of the team. Tim Pham will literally listen to you and want to do whatever you need in order to perform at your best.

      Cons

      None whatsoever. You literally are a major role in the projects.
